Hagar Ministry Health Equity Collaboration

YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County, in partnership with Aenon Missionary Baptist Church and Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI), will provide a year-long series in health education programming to address social determinants of health.

The series will engage single parents and students in 24 workshops in areas of housing, parenting, maternal and child health, child developmental milestones, heath care advocacy, as well as topics such as dealing with trauma or addiction and other mental health issues.  At each workshop, health care providers and community-based organizations will be invited to showcase services and resources.
