The YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County announces new board members
As YWCA continues its mission of eliminating racism and empowering women, the organization has announced its new board members for the 2022-2023 board year.
New members include:
- Jennifer Arbore (CPA, Partner, The Bonadio Group)
- Pamela Jackson (Sr. Director of Advancement, River Campus Libraries, University of Rochester)
- Melanie Olson (Vice President, Commercial Real Estate, M&T Bank)
- Kathy Parrinello (Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, URMC Strong Memorial Hospital)
- Kristin Zimar (Senior Associate Attorney, Harter Secrest & Emery LLP)
These new members will serve alongside other YWCA board members, which include:

- Mary Anne Detmer (VP of Human Resources, Friendly Senior Living)
