YWCA Elects New Board Members

The YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County Announces New Board Members

As YWCA continues its mission of eliminating racism and empowering women, the organization has announced its new board members for the 2019-2020 board year. New members include:

  • Cora Conklin (VP, Data Management, Constellation Brands, Inc)
  • Leticia Fornataro (Senior Associate, SWBR)
  • Judy Seil (Vice President: Commercial Credit Services Manager, Five Star Bank)
  • Deborah Stamps, Ed.D. (System Vice-President, Quality and Safety Institute, Rochester Regional Health)
  • Karen Webber (President, Webber CPA, PLLC)
  • Barbara Zappia, Ed.D. (Senior Relationship Manager, Community Impact, ESL Charitable Foundation)

These new members will serve alongside other YWCA board members, which include:

  • Liz Vega, Board Chair (Senior Manager, Public Sector Marketing, US, Xerox Corporation)
  • Cynthia Langston, Board Vice Chair (Senior Vice President, CADO, Excellus Health Plan, Inc.)
  • Jennifer Arbore, Board Treasurer (CPA/Partner, The Bonadio Group)
  • Vikki Ziolkowski, Board Secretary (Manager, DeJoy, Knauf & Blood LLC)
  • Mary Anne Detmer (Director, Global Talent Management, VPHR, Eastman Kodak Company)
  • Maisha Enaharo (Director, Department of Pediatrics, Rochester Regional Health)
  • Cecilia Golden, Ph.D. (Deputy Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, Rochester City School District)
  • Kristin Hughes (Controller, Bonduelle USA, Inc.)
  • Natosha McDonald (Sr. Human Resources Manager, Rochester Institute of Technology)
  • Dr. Heidi Macpherson (President, The College at Brockport, State University of New York)
  • Amanda Mari (Director, Strategic Relations, Broadstone Real Estate)
  • Olga Mendez (Director, Member Community Relations, The Gunlocke Company)
  • Kathy Parrinello (Chief Operating Officer, University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital)
  • Kimberly Shimomura (Partner, Harter Secrest & Emery LLP)
