Person2Person provides a platform for rich dialogues surrounding topics that are traditionally excluded from a business setting. Participants of Person2Person will be encouraged to engage in
conversations highlighting race relations, unconscious biases, cultural differences and systemic racism.

There are two cohorts to choose from:

Tuesdays | 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27.

Thursdays | 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22 and 3/29.

Sessions will be held from 1 PM to 5 PM at Five Star Bank at the City Gate location (395 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620)

Our current racial equity initiatives include:

Stand Against Racism – Each year, we hold an annual community-wide event to build awareness about racism.  We reach out to businesses, schools, houses of worship, organizations, and government agencies to join the effort.  For more information on this event, click here.
